  keep an eye out for old alfas saw a couple while I was there and fiat multipla weirdest car I saw there looks like a submarine or fish tank

When I was there, I saw a fair amount of B5 Subaru Legacy's. But they got the better interior than we did in the US of A.

Heh, my aunt used to have a Contessa – they were build under license in New Zealand, too.

I've always quite liked the look of them – Michelotti's designs have always struck me as very handsome in slightly oddball way. To me, the Contessa looks like a Mk1 Triumph 2000 (we've had several of those in the family, too!) that shrunk in the wash.
